In this masterclass Dr. Kai Lukoff will speak on the Thámien Ohlone AR Tour, an innovative Unity-based app developed with the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe. This AR app uses Unity’s graphics engine, GPS, and computer vision tracking to reveal hidden narratives of the Ohlone Native Americans, creating an immersive experience rooted in real-world locations. Dr. Lukoff will share the app's technical journey, including challenges in optimizing AR content and integrating location-aware features.
