After a hiatus in 2018, Matthew Clark’s exclusive on-trade tasting events, Uncovered, returned this spring, to take customers on a tasting journey under the banner of ‘Destination Discovery’, tackling the trends and hot topics impacting the drinks industry. The events gave licensees a chance to sample hundreds of new products, from wines and premium spirits to beers, ciders and now and low-alcohol serves. In-house experts and brand ambassadors were on hand to provide practical advice and support, from how to increase profitability, to understanding environmental and sustainability initiatives.
