Nearly 75% of adults suffer from dehydration. So, a huge part of my day is making sure I'm fully hydrated. I drink spring water because it's rich in minerals. In addition to getting H20, I hydrate with fruit juice H3O2. Not only will it improve my hydration, but it's living water. I've found that it improves my mood and provides additional vitamins and minerals to my body. During watermelon season, I only drink water and watermelon to stay hydrated.

Stretching helps me with my mobility, keeps my muscles flexible, and ready for the day. I stretch in the morning and before every workout.

My skincare regimen has evolved over the years, but these days, I keep it pretty simple. The key for me is to cleanse, hydrate, and keep my skin moisturized.

Movement is tied to working out, taking my dogs for walks, and activities with my family. My goal is to keep myself moving as much as possible in order to reduce my sedentary moments.

Gut health is a priority for me. I'll have 1 green juice each day. It's high in fiber, improves digestion, keeps me regular, and healthy.

Sunlight first thing in the morning is my coffee equivalent. It gives me energy, improves my mental health, provides vitamin d, and helps me sleep better at night.
