Strictly speaking not an SCP (although we think it wouldn't hurt if this particular entity experienced some of the Foundation's Special Containment Procedures), Siren Head is an infamous humanoid monster approx. 40 feet tall who can see without having any eyes, doesn't eat, despite having organic teeth, and who uses its telephone pole-like fleshy appearance to hunt humans.
