When you look at a glass of water that is half full do you see a glass that is half full or half empty? The fact is that whichever way you view it the amount of water is exactly the same however viewing it as half full puts you in a positive mindset whereas half empty is negative. It is important to life your life to the full and to enjoy as much of it as possible and embarking on each day with a positive attitude will help to make each day as enjoyable as possible.
