Gospel-Jazz is a sub-genre of Jazz that incorporates elements of Gospel music. In this Jazz Piano Tutorial we look at a chord progression and scale that is commonly found in Gospel-Jazz. We also briefly cover a few other techniques that can make your playing more 'soulful'. These include:
Octaves
Tremolos
Diminished passing chords
Couple chords
