In this video, I show you how to strengthen your core in 10 minutes. This short, yet effect home workout is one of my favorite training exercises and all you need to follow along is a stopwatch and a yoga pad!
You can easily incorporate this workout into your fitness routine or rock climbing training plan 2-3 times per week. At the end of the video, I share a TON of different exercises to give you some ideas when creating your own 10 minute abs!
