Hi everyone,
This video I showed how I merged several layers of my stone cube. BEFORE Merging, I made sure to duplicate my layers and have a backup copy of all layers before I flatten. That is so that if I need to revert back to a previous version or layer I can easily do so. MAKE SURE you have a backup of layers BEFORE Merging.
So after merging, I have 1 single layer with my painting, and it is very clean I can do dodge & burn on 1 single layer with all the details there, which helps me polish me work to final. I also applied some dirty metal surface texture overlay (20 percent opacity) over the cube, so it has alittle subtle texture on top. Be careful not to overdo it.
