This Liar's Handshake build is INSANE in Season of the Deep making it maybe the most BROKEN Arc Hunter Build to date!! With the Artifact mods this season this S-Tier build has become and S+++Tier build, we can take care of content even being almost 30 below level cap in Master Content!
