Beat Making With the MPC 2500 and JJOS-OS3!
I've been using JJOSXL for a few years now so I decided to go back to JJOS-OS3 and see what's new. Both versions are very similar to one another, so it's easy to switch between the two.
In this video I sample a song from Pia Zadora (the one in the thumbnail!) and I ended up with a dope bassline.
Chapters:
0:00 - Intro
1:17 - Chopping the main sample
2:47 - Lo Pass filter
4:11 - Adding compression to sample to make it louder
5:00 - Trying to make a chop fit
7:10 - I found a horn
8:50 - Final beat!
