You can learn the fate of four of the surviving Van der Linde Gang members in the epilogue of Red Dead Redemption II.
Mary-Beth can be found at the Valentine train station, Pearson can be found in the general store of Rhodes and Tilly can be found near the tailor of Saint Denis whilst you can read about Reverend Swanson in issue 74 of the Blackwater newspaper.
Sadly it seems nothing has been found out about what became of Karen or Trelawny.
