To Fix High Memory or High RAM Usage in Windows 10, open the Windows registry editor as admin, as shown in this video.
In the Windows registry editor, follow this path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/ControlSet001/Services/Ndu
Now, after selecting the folder named Ndu, open the element named “Start” on the right hand side. Then change it’s value date from 2 to 4. Then click “ok” and restart your computer.
