As said in the video, due to my limited drumming abilities I had to divide the playthrough into multiple sections in order to be able to play the song. The individual sections themselves are all recorded in one take and unedited (timing and velocity wise). The only things I may have done is deleting a note at the beginning or the end of a section in order to avoid weird flams between the sections. I also had to rearrange the drum parts, mainly because my e-kit is too small (in the song I used an extra crash, china and splash cymbal, as well as a third tom), but also because some parts were simply too hard for me to play (for instance the blast beat in the song is twice as fast as in the playthrough).
Making this playthrough was an extremely good exercise and tremendously helped me to level up my drumming skills (which was also the main reason why I wanted to make this playthrough in the first place, alongside showcasing the drum parts I wrote). That's the reason why I included the mistake statistics and MIDI for all the sections in the video. Throughout the whole playthrough 40% of my hits were too early, while 60% were too late (my double bass parts all tend to be too early tho). Interestingly, in my guitar playthrough it was basically the other way around (everything more early than late).
