Have you ever felt like your business was taking over your life?
Richard was feeling the same way. He had been running a restaurant for years and was exhausted, stressed and unfulfilled. He quickly realised that his traditional brick-and-mortar business wasn’t the answer to more freedom - so he started with property investment instead!
After inheriting a property and renovating it with his brother, he saw the many opportunities available with property investing.
One of the things he learned in his restaurant business was that in order to succeed, mentors and a community are a must.
Property investing was the right answer for Richard. In his first two years of investing in property he closed 10 deals, and is now involved in a charity where he helps house homeless people in his properties.
