Aeon is my OTP of Resident Evil tbh, even if their interaction was quite angsty in 4. To me, this song really covers how Leon must be feeling throughout it. He's bitter and heartbroken after Ada broke his trust at the end of the last game. Yet, deep down somewhere, he still can't keep from housing feelings for her even though he knows he'd be better off without her.
