Jim reveals stories about the Pocock family and the growth of rowing in America. He fills in details behind Daniel James Brown's bestseller about the University of Washington crew who against all odds captured the gold medal for the United States in the prestigious Men's Eights event in the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games.
