These exercises are to help patients rehabilitate their bodies especially after undergoing Osteopathy and Physiotherapy treatments.
The exercises are divided into two categories. Those that strengthen the affected joints or muscles and those that help to stretch or mobilise joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons. We also have exercises that help improve posture and balance.
