I brewed up a chocolate porter infused with strawberries for Valentine's day this year. I used cacao and real strawberries, as well as belma hops. And the whole recipe is wrapped up in a little poem for you!

STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE PORTER RECIPE
Recipe for 5 gals (18.9L):
-7.76 gals (~29.3L) Water
______________________
~11.5 LBS [~5.2 KG] of Grains
-85% Maris Otter
-9% Munich I
-6% Chocolate Malt
______________________
Mash @ 154ºF (~68ºC) for about 45 mins
______________________
Boil for 60 mins:
-.75 (~21g) Belma
-.25 (~7g) Belma

-Ale yeast, but Sundew if you can find it!

5LB Frozen Strawberries*
*You don't have to stabilize if it will stay in fridge, it will eventually ferment out but very slowly. If you want it to stay sweet use Campden + Potassium Sorbate
