Games to get to know people are a great energizer to start the day. Because you start this exercise with light and funny questions, the group will become accustomed to answering questions when they catch the pillow. By hearing everyone’s answers they will learn more about each other. 🤝

1. To ensure that the pillow will end up with a random participant, you can turn around and throw the pillow over your shoulder. The participants can do the same to ensure that the pillow will end up with a random participant.
2. In addition to the questions given as examples in the exercise, you can ask them other questions. For example, in the first round you can ask, “What’s your favorite meal? What is your favorite animal, etc.?” In the last round, examples of serious questions could be: “What do you love about this group?” or “If you could make the decisions, how would this group work together?”
