Peanut Sauce recipe (as mentioned in the video):
Basically all the ingredients are to taste, but this is roughly how I make it.
I start with about a cup of chunky peanut butter and maybe 1/3 cup of warm water. Stir them together until the two are well combined. I then add in 1/3c soy sauce, juice of 1/2 of a lemon, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and about a 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes (or cayenne or sriracha...whatever is on hand). Optional additions that are fantastic are sesame oil (just a few drops) and garlic powder.
