For longsleeve you will need:
knitwear - 1.5 m
silicone tape (or sewing tape) - 30 cm
threads to match the material
sewing machine and overlocker (if available).
PAY ATTENTION!
The jersey must have a stretch coefficient of 0.8 or less.
To calculate the stretch coefficient, mark a 10 cm segment perpendicular to the warp threads on the fabric. Next, we stretch this segment until it is comfortable on the body. That is, not to the point that the threads break. And how you want the jersey to fit your body. We measure how the segment has changed. For example, it increased from 10 cm to 12 cm.
We divide 10 cm by 12 and get a stretch coefficient of 0.83.
Density from 150 g/m2.
