Assembly process:
Housing hot press assembly, rotor loading, rotor bearing assembly, end cap loading & seal ring assembly, rotor insertion into end cap, motor assembly, damper spring cover assembly and screw fastening, magnet assembly and screw fastening, tachometer assembly and screw fastening, fan blade assembly, manual terminal crimping, wire connecting, and installation, running-in, testing and labeling.
Assembly line parameters:
1. Efficiency: production line cycle ≤ 15 seconds/PCS (TT)
2. Compatible products: YN80/90 series motors
3. Model changeover time: Model changeover time for a single machine takes no more than 10 minutes
4. Yield Rate: qualified rate ≥ 98%
5. Utilization rate: ≥ 90%
6. Application Field: YN series single-phase capacitor-run reversible motors
7. Key Equipment Station Accuracy:
1) Electric cylinder positioning repeatability: 0.02mm
2) Servo module handling repeatability: 0.03mm
3) Pressure sensor accuracy: ±0.5% F.S (0.05-1T), ±0.3% F.S (2-50T)
4) Electric screwdriver torque accuracy: ±5%
