The NTFS permissions reporter tool is designed to scan your network shares and generate a list of NTFS security permissions. The tool will scan the root and all sub folders.
Quickly see who has permissions to which folders and their permissions level. The directory rights are color coded making it easy to identify users permission level. You can filter and sort on any column for example search for a specific user/group or permission level (deny or allow).
The filtering and search option lets you quickly find insecure permissions such as the everyone group and users that have full permissions. This is a great way to audit your folder permissions to verify they are secure.
