Eric Serrano's machine for squat and deadlift (Columbus, Ohio)
In the state of Ohio (USA), I was taken to the doctor of medical sciences and sports doctor, Eric Serrano. Eric is a great friend of Louie Simmons, both of whom enjoy inventing tools and machines for powerlifting and other strength sports. Despite the late hour (we arrived at 11.30 pm), Serrano led us to the cellar, where we saw a mini-gym equipped with various regular and not so regular machines. I found interest in the device which allows you stop an athlete at any point in the ROM and also to work in a static mode. I saw the device was demoed for the squat and deadlift. Haven't tried it on my own but it looks quite interesting.
