Grenfell Tower inquiry opens
Three months ago, at least 80 people perished in a fire that engulfed Grenfell Tower, prompting a public inquiry to uncover the cause of the tragedy.
Its Chairman, retired judge Sir Martin Moore-Bick opened the first session with a minute’s silence, "as a mark of respect for those who died and for those whose lives have been changed forever by the loss of those whom they loved."
