Why You Should Learn Python First in 2022
In this video I discuss why I think it is most beneficial to learn python first as a self-taught software engineer. My key point is that python is a very beginner friendly object oriented programming language that is widely used in the industry today. It is also worth mentioning that most companies don't care what language you actually know and want to see that you can solve problems with applied computer science. Using python as the means for learning your computer science fundamentals will help save you on time. Also it is worth mentioning how much easier it is to use python for coding interviews since it is such a convenient language. Almost like pseudocode. I compare its readability to Java in the video.
