Pathfinder Kingmaker Character Builds #2 - Frontline Overview: Valerie, Regongar and Nok-Nok
Part 2 of our Character Builds series :D In this one we will be covering my frontline. These are the characters holding off the enemies and dishing out punishment in melee. Their objective is to prevent enemies from reaching our less sturdy characters in the back, tanking via magical defenses and high Armour Class and ripping the enemies apart with weapons and very good synergies between them (such as triggering extra attacks when they do something such as deal a critical hit).
Since this was for a Last Azlanti run in the highest difficulty, there is a strong emphasis on defense, but worry not, their offensive power is still quite high.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: it has come to my attention that Outflank and Seize the moment do not stack! With this in mind I am of the opinion that for the vast majority of characters you should just take outflank which is the strictly better feat unless in some very niche situations. Me taking outflank + seize the moment in my frontline companions was just redundant and should not be done.
My frontline for this playthrough was composed of Valerie (Fighter/Bard), Regongar (Magus) and Nok-Nok (Rogue/Vivisectionist).
