Partnering up for Success: Ruvos, International Society for Infectious Disease (ISID), & AWS
Discover how AWS Partner Ruvos helped the International Society for Infectious Disease (ISID) migrate its early warning system for disease outbreaks, ProMED, to Amazon Web Services (AWS). ISID is a nonprofit organization that works to prevent, investigate, and manage infectious disease outbreaks when they occur. They were the first to globally report on the emerging disease from China, SARS-CoV-2, in late 2019. By migrating to AWS, Ruvos enabled ISID to fully control their data and offered a way to modernize disease outbreak reporting.
Ruvos and its public health partners revolutionized the way public health agencies and laboratories share protected health information with the introduction of the AIMS platform in 2008. Since then, Ruvos has established itself as a healthcare industry leader providing cybersecurity, cloud computing, data integration, data intelligence and analytics, and secure web apps to partners worldwide.
