Learn how to use layer masking in Photoshop so that you can combine photographs by allowing portions of one photo to show through to another. Just like a Halloween mask, the mask hides your face, but the eye holes allow a portion of your face below the mask to be seen.
Masking in Photoshop is this exact same principle.
You'll learn how to layer mask in Photoshop, create masks, organize your layers and then using your brushes to allow one layer to show though.
In the second part of this Photoshop masking tutorial, Darlene will show some examples of when and how you might use layer masks on your images.
