Todays tip- healthy bowel movement daily
Get yourself to feel fuller longer so your mmc can kick in to aid in better digestion and bowel movements.
Step 1- on an empty stomach in the morning drink a glass of water with lime or lemon
Step 2- Eat a balanced meal add your choice of high fiber foods. I like 1 tablespoons of chia seeds soaked in almond milk.
Step 3 the MMC will kick in once you stop eating. The migrating motor complex (MMC) is a cyclic, recurring motility pattern that occurs in the stomach and small bowel during fasting. This happens when it's not busy breaking down food, space your meals out by at least three to five hours
The point here is that you have to stop eating long enough for it to work😊
The ideal frequency of bowel movements is 1 or 2 times per day. Regular, soft, and brown bowel movements are indicators of good digestive health.
