Oblivion's Truncheon of Submission!
In today's video, we discuss the weapon called Truncheon of Submission within the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. This weapon is a one handed club and can be acquired by purchasing it from Morvayn's Peacemakers within the city of Anvil. This club deals 10 base damage, but it's enchantments are what make it unique! This weapon damages the opponents fatigue, causing them to slow down and even pass out mid fight. More interestingly however, is the club's other enchantment which restores 20 health to the opponent. Rendering this weapon as more of a punishing tool. Don't forget to like, comment and subscribe!
