Use the Blackwhelp Net to capture 10 Wyrmcult Blackwhelps.

Rewards:
You will be able to choose one of these rewards:
Wyrmcultist's Hood
Blackwhelp Belt
Whelpscale Gauntlets
Inkling's Leggings
You will also receive: 3 gold 90 silver

Upon completion of this quest you will gain:
10,540 experience

Don't (accidentally) kill the whelps.. Only use the net.
