In the Windows search box, type "Control Panel" and select the Control Panel icon, then search for “Sync Center” in the upper-right-hand of the Control Panel.
Select “Manage offline files” in the left navigation menu.
To disable the feature, Select “Disable offline files.”
To view any Offline files that you have set up, select “View your offline files.”
Offline files would appear under “Mapped Network Drives.”
If any are listed, you can selectively delete each one by right-clicking on the folder, and “Delete Offline Copy.”
