Blocks as Bottom Tab Navigators
This is a really cool feature that lets you create a completely custom bottom tab bar for your Tab Navigator using a Block! This is really handy if you have a unique design or want additional UI components combined with the bottom tabs, like an Audio Player.
When you assign a Block as the Tab Nav Bar for a Tab Navigator, it will have access to some additional system variables including routes which is an array of objects each representing one of the tabs you have configured for your Tab Navigator. Each route object will give you the name of the route (Screen name) and the icon and label you set for your tabs. You can pass the routes variable to a List’s Data prop to render each one, for example.
