In this video I show you how to build a simple todo list in Ruby with some pretty frontend styling to show when items are completed and everything updates on the page without reloading! and the best part is there is barely any Javascript! Just using Ruby on Rails, Hotwire and TailwindCSS & one StimulusJS controller for sending a request to the backend when the checkbox is clicked. The UI updates are all from the server which means its fast, simple and secure.
