1970s Swiss Dot Prairie Dress Restoration: Part 1
I found this gorgeous dress at a thrift store and I planned to restore it to post in my shop but it just suited me so well! When I tried it on it was a little snug but I'm working on shedding a little extra winter fluff soon so I want to use this dress to help keep me motivated! Also I know many of you are going to say it looks like a Gunne Sax dress, and it very well may be but, there is no tag that I can find. So unless we can find it in an old catalog or article it'll remain a mystery!
It's gorgeous and although it needs a little love, I'm looking forward to the end result. Also shout-out to @nelliesclean for sending me a new product to try! I normally have to use the laundry soda and their oxygen brightener powder separately but it seems they've now made a 2 in 1 product! I'll let you know how it goes once the gown is done 🥰
