Ever wake up after a hard nights training and your hands have turned into gnarled claws that barely open.

Me too!

The Jiu Jitsu claw can be a real problem and rather painful.

Over the course of my BJJ career I've tried tonnes of different methods to "release the claw", some worked well some didn't.

However, a short while ago, our mobility coach Kai shared a couple of stretches that have been game changers.

And I want to share them with you now...

This video covers four movements that have finally made my hands and forearms start to feel normal again.

The knuckle-buster (stretch four) in particular has been a game changer!

Best of all you can do all four of these stretches in less than three minutes.

0:25 - Back Of Hands
0:50 - Fist Variation
1:15 - Side To Side Movement
2:10 - Finger Movement
2:39 - Knuckle-Cracker
