High Protein Shrimp & Spinach Dip | Spinach Artichoke Dip | Appetizer Recipes | Spinach Dip
Ingredients
1 (10 oz) bag of frozen spinach
1 lb of shrimp
Colby Jack cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1 can of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
24 oz low-fat cottage cheese
Old Bay Seasoning
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Black pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup light mayo
Bake in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 20-25 minutes or until browned. You may need to put it in the broiler to brown.
