Ellen is a girl whose body is controlled by the spirit of a fallen angel named Victoria
(the real Elleanor spirit has been exchanged by Victoria)

the reason Victoria wanted Ellen's body was because Ellen's blood matched hers..

(it's the same with Jenna,Jenna also has blood that matches Victoria well.. )

i'll tell the detailed story someday ;)
