Tap your profile photo in the bottom right corner
Tap Hamburger Menu
Tap Settings
Tap Privacy
Tap Messages
Select Don't receive requests for every item
(Here you can customize these settings as you wish)

Here you can customize your settings as you wish
First, I will show you how to block new message request from Instagram users
You have to select don't receive requests from others on Instagram and your followers on Instagram
Now you have stopped all message requests on Instagram
Then you can stop here, or you can do the same thing for Facebook users
So Tap Facebook Friends or People You’ve Chatted With on Messenger
Tap Don’t Receive Requests
Now just Tap Update settings in the pop-up Window
You can see every item of Message controls has been set as Don’t Receive Requests
From now on no one can send you message requests any more
