"Bastard's Crossing"
Bastard's Crossing is one of the twelve Westerns created in 2020 as part of the "12 Westerns in 12 Months" project. The film follows Cam Talcutt, a man who wins a remote trading post in a card game. Now he finds himself in the middle of nowhere, attempting to manage the post despite mounting challenges.
Cam's troubles escalate when he learns that the freight company supplying his store is no longer able to make deliveries. He faces the daunting task of surviving in the harsh wilderness without a reliable source of supplies.
The film explores themes of survival and moral choices. Cam realizes he trinianpal557 may have to resort to extreme measures to keep going in this isolated and unforgiving landscape, where only the toughest survive.
