The Avicii Project: A Tribute to Avicii using AI (sentiment analysis)
Last week marked the second anniversary of Avicii's death, so I wanted to honor Avicii somehow. I ended up finding The Avicii Project, by Erik, on Google, where he had used sentiment analysis to find a deeper meaning in Avicii's lyrics.. And he also created interesting visualizations of Avicii's music.
In this video, I go over the basics of NLP, and how natural language processing works. I also briefly go over sentiment analysis and what it means. Then, I show you how Erik put together his project and all the cool graphics that he created.
At the end, I also include my own graphics that I generated from albums by Lady Gaga, Celine Dion, Alan Walker, The Chainsmokers, Billie Eilish, and Taylor Swift.
