Customize the Shape Sublayers and Vector Layers in .NET MAUI Maps
Learn how to add shape sublayers and vector layers in the .NET MAUI Maps control. This video shows how to add sublayers to both the tile layer and shape layer, and how to customize their appearance. It also shows how to add various vector layers to a Map.
The .NET MAUI Maps control is a powerful data visualization component that allows you to display statistical information for a specific geographical area. It has highly interactive and customizable features such as selection, tooltips, legends, markers, bubbles, and color mapping. With the Maps control, you can generate maps to represent various data such as population density, sales figures, political boundaries, weather patterns, election results, and routes.
Render GeoJSON or shapefile data into custom maps or geographical area shapes on a shape layer for powerful data visualization. Customize the maps to the desired look using built-in options.
An interactive tile layer allows you to load and customize map tiles from web map-tile services such as OpenStreetMaps, Bing Maps API, Google Maps Tile API, TomTom, Mapbox, Esri’s ArcGIS. Use markers to denote a specific latitude and longitude in the tile layer as required. Zoom and pan the tile layer to navigate across the regions and take a closer look.
