Hi All - This Week's #FindingFIftyTwo Focus is on Boundaries. As the holidays are fast approaching, so are holiday get togethers and that often times means being bombarded by family & friend requests, a lot of being in close proximity to other people, sharing drinks, plates, the plague, etc, and often times US not taking time to make sure our personal boundaries are in place before all the hullabaloo starts. Now is the time to prepare for what might be coming your way and figure out how you might deal with unwanted guilt, surprise guests, close talkers and people you really aren't used to being around on a regular basis. Taking a time out from all the chaos is perfectly OK and so is saying No when its needed, for your own sanity. Personal boundaries - it does a body good :)
