Today in this video we will show you how to calculate and find out the size of all sub-directories and folders at any path recursively. To do this you just need to have the SSH access i.e shell terminal and PuTTy software installed on your device. Now in order to get the size of all sub-directories at any path recursively, just follow the given steps:
Login to your server via SSH/PuTTy
Then cd to the desired path
Enter the command given below
=============================
du -h /path/to/directory -d l
=============================
With the help of the above command you will be able to see the actual size of your directory and its sub-directories.
