Open new incognito window then visit Google and type:
site: yourdomain.com
Remember to Change yourdomain.com to your domain that indexed on Google.
Other commands:
site: yourdomain.com intitle: keyword
site: yourdomain.com inurl: keyword
Remember to Change keyword to your website's keywords.
On Bing, Yandex, do similar: Visit bing.com or yandex.com to search site:yourdomain.com

04:43 Step 5: Export Indexed pages
In Google Search Console, click to Pages then click to "View data about indexed pages" to export your indexed pages.
Note: To import csv file, you should not change that file format. Remember to keep "URL" on the first line.

Visit gsctool.com then install that extension.
Import above csv file (in Step 5) then click to Removal and click Start.
Note: You must keep that TAB run in background. So, you can use split Windows.
