8 5 minute MuayThai rounds + abs finisher
This fat burning home MuayThai cardio workout is a part of workout program, designed to do three things in just 21 days:
1. Develop stronger abs and core by training them the way they should be. No ab function is left out as you work your way from your lower abs to your upper abs to your obliques.
2. Increase overall full body muscule strength, improve joints and core stability, and burn fat (that is hiding your abs) by training full body.
3. Developing a habit to workout. Research has shown that 21 days is the time period within one must stay consistent with something in order to turn it into a habit. If you can stick to this workout routine for just three weeks, you will start to see changes to your lifestyle and your approach to working out that could stick with you for the rest of your life.
Don't forget, that in order to have a visible ABS your body fat percentage has to be relatively low. The most important element of burning fat is a good nutrition plan. You simply cannot out train a bad diet. You need to eat healthy, while still enjoying the foods that you eat, if you want to get your body fat levels down low enough to see your abs.
This workout program (along with calorie deficit) will help you get closer to flat belly and defined abs.
