Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro vs Pocophone F1 | Full comparison
We compare the Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro with the Pocophone F1 - two premium-specced smartphones boasting impressive camera tech, a wealth of MiUI features and solid value for money. But which is best for speed, battery life, camera use and beyond?
The Mi 8 Pro sports many of the same specs as the Poco F1, including Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845 for premium performance and a mighty 6-plus-inch display, although this comparison shows how much they differ in other areas. The Pocophone boasts a much bigger battery for instance, while the Mi 8 Pro delivers a more sophisticated camera experience. All the same, given the Poco's low asking price, this Xiaomi smartphone really impresses on almost every level.
As for the software experience, the MiUI launcher serves up a very similar set of features on both of these blowers. That said, the Mi 8 Pro doesn't offer an apps drawer, which is massively annoying - something you can get on the Pocophone using one of the pre-installed themes.
