Learn how to add a WhatsApp chat to your WordPress Website
𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀
Step 1: Install a plugin in WordPress.
Go to our WordPress dashboard► Plugins ► click Add New
Search for a plugin called ‘Joinchat’
Now click on Install and activate the plugin
Step 2: Connect your WhatsApp account to ‘Joinchat Plugin.
Enter your WhatsApp number in the required field, to receive your messages.
And click save changes,
The WhatsApp icon will be added to your website
and your visitor can contact you by clicking on it
1- Add a new message notification on your WhatsApp icon
This will attract visitors to click the WhatsApp icon.
And once they click on it you can display an automatic message from your website.
go to Joinchat Chat plugin settings.
Here, enter the message,
Now enable the ‘Notification Balloon’ option.
Click save changes.
2- How your visitors contact you, from their computer.
Go to the plugin setting page,
And then enable the WhatsApp web option and click save changes.
Now when a visitor clicks on the Whatsapp icon,
they’ll be taken to the WhatsApp web login page.
They need to first login to WhatsApp, using their phone by scanning the QR code.
