Did your WordPress website get stuck in the Maintenance mode, while you were updating the site's plugin or themes? Well don't worry, there's a very easy fix to get out of the maintenance mode. You will need to access all of your website files via cPanel or FTP and then delete the maintenance.php file and the issue will be resolved instantly. However, please note that the maintenance.php file may be hidden, so make sure to tick show the hidden files on your cPanel.
In the video, we are using the cPanel but you can use FTP to access the website files and delete the maintenance.php file. In most cases, the maintenance mode is caused because of the plugins or theme's update - if this happens you can delete the maintenace.php file and again make the necessary updates ONE by ONE.
